Our Story
What started as a dream of mine is now a 130 unit senior living community! My name is Doug Sproul, and I am blessed to be the president of Mosaic Management. Some of my greatest joys are anchored in my faith, commitment to service, and—most of all, my family. One evening shortly after my career in this industry began, I looked at my wife and said, “I am finally home.”
I often think back to that day in 1995 and express gratitude for the opportunities I was afforded. Specifically, I am delighted to work with such incredible residents, staff, vendors, and share-holders. Each day is an adventure to find the best ways to serve this community. Some of us are not meant to follow the crowd. Join us in calling Boone Ridge “home.”
